The process

Save separate glyphs from different fonts as .svg files.
Import them into an empty new font in font forge.
Start adjusting the kerning first using the automatic function, and then tweaking some pairs.
Check for errors, and then export as a TrueType font.

My Idea for the Free Fonts Project centres around the Dada ideas of authorship and nonsense.

I have taken a multitude of free fonts off of Google fonts, and combined them into a font which I called DadaNewNew. This font is available to download from wikimedia commons, and there is also a poster which can also be downloaded. The poster features parts of the original Dada Manifesto as read out by Hugo Bull in Zurich, July 14, 1916

Unfortunately I have not managed to upload the actual font file to Wikimedia Commons. I have sent it in the email to Lara and Jaap with the final hand in documents.
